I’ve been excited to road test the 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI hatchback since it debuted earlier this year at the New York Auto Show. My expectations were high, but the STI did not let me down. YouTube Preview Image

  1. [..YouTube..] If you are all about light to light racing, you’d be better off just to go with the “regular” WRX. In C&D tests, the WRX 0 to 60 is 4.7 seconds, where the STi is 5.0 seconds to 60. 0.3 seconds in a light to light race is a big difference.

@ 1:55 you can see 1100 (I think miles) so it’s about 1760 km. you have to drive at low rpms ’til 1600 – 2000 km !

The WRX, and the WRX STI are both a single turbo charged 4. Neither are twin turbo. I don’t think Subaru produces any twin turbo vehicles.
@maumauhun I hope you are kidding… she said its a turbo charged motor, not triple charged…

See, I didn’t know that. Learn something new every day. But currently they don’t produce any twin turbo vehicles, correct?

[..YouTube..] i am not sure what it is, but personally i always find the american broadcasted review of a car to be a bit dull and slightly boring as compared to a European review.
